Essential Job Functions Summary
Job Preparation & Placement:
Develop job opportunities for individuals with diverse abilities through employer outreach and community networking.
Assist with resume writing, applications, cover letters, and interview preparation.
Accompany individuals to interviews and support job placement using programs like OJT, WOTC, and Work Experience.
Match individuals with jobs aligned to their goals and provide ongoing employment support such as job coaching and training.
Training Services:
Provide on-site job coaching based on individual plans.
Deliver career exploration and skill-building sessions using online tools, in group or one-on-one formats.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain regular communication with participants, employers, and referral sources.
Manage contracts and billing through the Apricot system.
Complete intake, progress reports, billing notes, and discharge summaries as required.
Team Support & Compliance:
Comply with all employment laws and agency policies.
Attend team meetings and participate in training opportunities.
Support agency initiatives and perform other duties as needed.
