Sports Injury Prevention Screening
Description
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a resolution newbie, this event is for you.
FREE to the public, but spots are limited, so attendees must sign up in advance. Event includes:
- Assessments performed by Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Treadmill Gait assessment (basic)
- Balance assessment (Y-balance test)
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS) This includes squat form, core stability & more.
- Handout of your results
