This training focuses on using empathy and kindness to respond to the needs of others during a time when frustration, insecurity, and fear has negatively affected how individuals interact with everyone around them. It offers strategies on addressing aggressive, emotional, and dissatisfied reactions to current restrictions and guidelines in a manner that preserves and strengthens relationships with your customers.
