Mental Health in the Workplace in Uncertain Times
Behavioral health is an important issue in the workplace and is only amplified with the pandemic. Rogers Behavioral Health experts will talk the most common conditions seen in the workplace and how leaders can be most effective in responding to ensure productivity, retention, and engagement. Jerry Halverson, MD, psychiatrist and chief medical officer, and Sue McKenzie Dicks, vice president of healthy culture, will share their expertise and discuss strategies for reducing stigma as well as answering your questions.
