Purpose, Connection, & Rest
Mel Kistner, Healthy Minds Program Director at the YMCA joins us to share practical strategies that help others break out of overwhelm and avoid burnout.
Mel will help us develop healthy rhythms for mental and physical well-being while stepping into our purpose. Her strategies will help us all become more present in both work and home environments.
