This fun and invigorating bootcamp on the beach challenges families to use their bodies to build strength and flexibility while enjoying the great views of Lac La Belle. This is an introduction to fitness bootcamp using only music while challenging yourself using your body weight. Learn how you and your family can utilize the parks for free fitness. Children under 13 mus be accompanied by an adult.
