• Google my business posts: GMB can be used like another social channel. Promote offers, events, updates. Can use a picture or video (less than 30 seconds). General posts stay up for 7 days. Event posts show up in search for the length of the event.
• Google my business app for mobile phone: GMB has a great app. Install it and monitor reviews, respond to reviews, publish posts, turn on messaging and keep in contact with your customers, and add photos of special events.
