ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Craig Schiefelbein founded Paragon Development Systems (PDS) more than 30 years ago in an Oconomowoc basement and built it up to a company with $200+ million in revenues. He is known both for excellence in leadership as well as his philanthropy. He has been recognized locally and nationally with numerous awards, including:

  • Recipient of “Ronald Reagan’s National Leadership Award”
