Andy’s over two decades of military service includes service during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation
Enduring Freedom and continuing service as a U.S. Army Reserve Career Counselor. Outside of speaking, his ventures include Green Up Solutions (consulting), Camo Crew Responsible Junk Removal, and the Trash Talk Business Podcast (entrepreneurial conversations in the
home services industry).
He has won numerous awards through the years, including 2023 Waste360 “40 Under 40”, which honors the next generation of leaders who are shaping the future of the waste and recycling industry, 2022 and 2023 Outstanding Business of the Year, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business award at the Wisconsin
