Description
The LC DockHounds Foundation and Rogers Behavioral Health Foundation are proud to introduce a three-part leadership and mental wellness seminar series designed for coaches, educators, mentors, and leaders working with student-athletes.
This free community coaching series will focus on leadership development, team culture, and supporting the mental wellness of young athletes both on and off the field.
Event Details:
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (except for Aug 20)
Location: DockHounds Ballpark
Seminar Schedule:
August 20, 2026 — Leadership On & Off the Field (Event Time: 5pm - 6:15pm)
Explore what it means to lead athletes beyond competition and help shape confident, resilient individuals.
Optional add-on ticket available for that evening’s DockHounds game.
August 27, 2026 — Creating a Culture of Mental Wellness
Learn practical ways coaches and leaders can foster positive environments that prioritize communication, confidence, and mental wellness.
September 3, 2026 — Lived Experience Panel
Hear real stories and perspectives surrounding mental wellness in athletics through an impactful panel discussion featuring athletes, coaches, and community voices.
