Description
The most important thing about organizational culture is it’s the only sustainable point of difference for an organization. Changing the culture, the assumptions, values, and beliefs which govern how people in organizations behave, is essential to Lean success. In this workshop participants will learn how to address behavior changes that will support changes in beliefs and habits from firefighting mode to continuous improvement.
